The Associate Building Surveyors' role
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be joining a prosperous building consultancy team who are currently experiencing an exciting period of change and growth. The Associate Building Surveyor will become an integral part of this team and long-term business plan, playing a crucial role in supporting goals for expansion and development.
This role offers the Associate Building Surveyor the opportunity to lead and manage a diverse range of high-profile projects across various markets including commercial, retail, residential and mixed-use.
As well as this, the Associate Building Surveyor will have the chance to get stuck into a variety of responsibilities including developing and managing key client relationships, working closely with the Directors in growing the business, and mentoring junior members of the team.

The Associate Building Surveyor
The Associate Building Surveyor will ideally come from a consultancy background, with a proven track record in providing both project and professional focused Building Surveying services.
- MRICS qualification ideally
- Business development experience is a bonus
