Are you a Civil Engineering Technician based in Bristol? Do you have experience working on residential housing developments?

I am excited to announce that I am recruiting for an up and coming SME design and advisory consultancy within the residential development industry! They are looking to recruit a Civil Engineering Technician to join the Associate and assist with the day-to-day design and technical work. They are a creative multidisciplinary consultancy, focused on architectural, urban design and civil engineering.

You will work directly with the Associate who heads up the civils team, producing detailed designs for infrastructure developments across the UK.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of surface and foul water drainage design for residential developments from concept to detailed design.
  • Proficient in Civil 3D/Site3D and MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage or Causeway Flow.
  • Expertise in ensuring the success of S278/S38 and S104/S106 applications.
  • Highways design knowledge is desirable.
