They are well-established, having been trading for over 70 years and their national presence has allowed them to open up and maintain 4 national offices in the South East, Midlands, North East and South West. My client works across various sectors including transport and infrastructure, commercial, education and residential and they are turning over in excess of 320M.
About the opportunity:
Due to continued company expansion, my client is recruiting permanently for a Commercial Manager to join their UK Rail business unit. As a Commercial Manager, you will take full commercial responsibility and ownership of projects, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure a successfulproject is delivered, while maintaining relationships and maximising commercial returns and managing risk.
About the requirements:
You are required to have a good standard of education preferably to Degree level (or equivalent qualification) in either Commercial management or Quantity Surveying and hold membership of a professional institution such as SCSI or RICS.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have experience working as a commercial manager within Civil Engineering for a Tier 1 Main Contractor, hold proven success in developing a team and as this is a permanent opportunity, you must hold stability of employment.
About the benefits and rewards:
For this permanent opportunity, we are targeting professionalslooking to earn anywhere from 85,000 to95,000 per annum, however specific salary will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package on offerwhich includes a company vehicle or allowance, private health care, 26 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and professional and educational development will be supported.
