Tenant Engagement Officer

Temporary ongoing contract - Minimum 6 months

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Tenant Engagement Officer to join one of our Bristol based clients on a temporary ongoing contract

Daily duties of the Tenant Engagement Officer consist of:

  • Attend and support resident engagement activities across Bristol
  • Manage and lead allocated projects related to tenant engagement
  • Promote and facilitate resident engagement and tenant participation with Homes and Landlord Services
  • Ensure a customer focused approach during the delivery of all projects
  • Research, prepare and present reports regarding tenants and the community to management teams and service users

Essential experience of the Tenant Engagement Officer role:

  • Previous experience working within a tenant/resident liaison role
  • Possess a knowledge and understanding of housing related issues
