Morson Talent are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our clients team in Yatton. In this role you will set and operate a variety of CNC programmable machines to produce high-quality parts and tooling. Our client uses Heidenhain, Siemens, and Fanuc systems to produce precision-machined parts.

Our client is prepared to train the right person and put them through training courses and build them a career but we would ideally want some CNC experience.

There will be a lot of overtime available which can allow the successful applicant to significantly increase their salary.

Main Duties:
• Operate CNC machinery using Heidenhain, Siemens, and Fanuc systems to produce high-quality parts and tooling
• Study work orders, drawings, and machine planning (training provided)
• Adhere to set procedures and tolerances for quality output
• Maintain communication with colleagues by documenting, reporting, and sharing information about actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs
• Undertake training and operate a variety of CNC machinery
• Maintain a clean and safe work area (knowledge of 5S is beneficial)
• Lead by example, maintaining a positive attitude and professional work ethic
• Engage in ongoing training as required by company needs
