We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor with extensive experience in retail fit-outs to oversee and manage all electrical aspects of our projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering high-quality electrical installations on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical works on retail fit-out projects.
- Lead a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of work and safety.
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate and timely execution of electrical installations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards on all sites.
- Monitor and manage the progress of electrical work, ensuring it aligns with project timelines and milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to project managers and clients.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting during the installation process.
- Manage material procurement, stock control, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Maintain and enforce a high standard of health and safety on site.
- Collaborate with other trades and stakeholders to ensure smooth project completion.
Requirements:
- Gold ECS card
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, with a strong background in retail fit-outs or similar projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Experience in managing a team and coordinating subcontractors.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex electrical issues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
