Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical projects within our clients organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical installation, with the ability to read and interpret schematics. This role requires excellent leadership skills, project management capabilities, and a thorough understanding of logic controllers. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of electricians and technicians to ensure effective project execution.
- Interpret and analyse electrical schematics to guide installation and maintenance activities.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all electrical operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless project integration.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to meet organisational goals.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an electrical supervisory role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in electrical systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results on time.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A logical approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
