On offer is the exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager/Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established local property maintenance company in a leading role. Founder in 1999, this organisation has gone from strength to strength to become a leader in the local community with clear plans for continued growth and expansion.

In this role, the successful Contracts and Project Manager would be responsible for quoting jobs, dealing with customers on technical specifications and overall project management across the organisation, reporting directly to the Directors of the business.

The ideal Contracts and Project Manager would have a broad range of knowledge across the property maintenance business, be capable of taking on QS and project management duties and be local to Bristol.
