This company focus on their people, have a great working environment and give you the ability to manage design projects from conception to completion.This varied and autonomous role will see you oversee projects from early engagement to construction with a supportive team around you. You will lead and mentor a team of Junior Designers to draw, create and model innovative designs within clients budgets and you will be responsible for reporting to the board and build relationships with suppliers to maintain quality. This role requires you to use AutoCAD and Revit software.This role would suit a Design Manager or Senior Designer from the Façade, Cladding or Roofing industry, looking for a step up into team leadership, to manage junior designers, assist on the design of high-value projects and have the opportunity to progress within the business.The Role:
- Manage Design projects from cradle to grave.
- Use AutoCAD and Revit to create, draw and model innovative designs
- Management of Junior Designers
- Report to senior management / clients on timescales and costings
- Create technical documents, design validation and risk analysis

- Background in Façade / Roofing industry
- Senior Designer or Design Manager
- Background in AutoCAD / Revit
- Commutable to Bristol
