The Role:
- Support the development of a strong Health and Safety culture throughout the project and encourage positive safety behaviors.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Health and Safety legislation and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in creating measurement systems to accurately track Health and Safety performance.
- Collaborate with employees, subcontractors, and suppliers on Health and Safety issues as needed.
- Conduct and coordinate site inspections and audits as required.
- Represent company values in interactions with employees, clients, subcontractors, and other external stakeholders.
The Candidate:
- NEBOSHConstruction Certificate and/or construction H&S experience (essential for consideration)
- Experience in a construction-related environment.
