Involve Recruitment are in search of an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects for a leading contractor working with a nationwide retail client. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, manage costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the commercial roofing sector.
- Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid (essential)
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
