Key Responsibilities as the Contracts Manager:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of social housing planned works sites.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors and site teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and health & safety documentation.
- Lead site meetings and resolve any operational challenges that may arise.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience working on social housing
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualified
- Full UK driving license (company van provided).
- Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
- Must be within a commutable distance of Bristol
Desirable criteria for the Contracts Manager:
- Knowledge or experience in decarbonization (decarb) projects and/or solar installations.
- Familiarity with social housing refurbishment and planned maintenance works
