Key Responsibilities as the Contracts Manager:
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of social housing planned works sites.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and site teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and health & safety documentation.
  • Lead site meetings and resolve any operational challenges that may arise.

Essential Criteria:
  • Proven experience working on social housing
  • SMSTS or SSSTS qualified
  • Full UK driving license (company van provided).
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Must be within a commutable distance of Bristol

Desirable criteria for the Contracts Manager:
  • Knowledge or experience in decarbonization (decarb) projects and/or solar installations.
  • Familiarity with social housing refurbishment and planned maintenance works
