About the Role

Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of professionals? We are seeking Qualified Assessor Tutors to deliver high-quality apprenticeship programs in Business Administration, Employability, Customer Service, Management, and Project Management at Levels 2 to 6.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home combined with occasional visits to employer sites and our training centres. You will play a crucial part in supporting apprentices to achieve their goals and build successful careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and assess apprenticeship standards from Levels 2 to 6, ensuring delivery meets quality assurance requirements.
  • Provide engaging learning experiences through online and in-person sessions, adapting content to apprentices' workplace roles.
  • Coach and mentor apprentices, offering feedback and guidance to support progress and develop workplace skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner achievements using e-portfolio systems, conducting regular reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with employers to align programs with workplace needs and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
Requirements

Essential:

  • Level 3 or above teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE, PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS).
  • Assessor qualifications (e.g., CAVA, A1, D32/33).
  • Proven experience delivering and assessing apprenticeships in at least one of the specified subject areas.
  • Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills, with experience using e-portfolio systems.
  • A passion for mentoring learners and supporting their personal and professional growth.
  • Full, clean driving licence and ability to travel to delivery venues and employer sites.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Desirable:

  • Experience delivering apprenticeship standards in multiple subject areas listed (Business Admin, Employability, Customer Service, Management, Project Management).
  • Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualifications or experience.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths.
