Do you have L&D experience and a passion for delivering solutions for staff development?Our client, a top 75 UK law firm, is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Business Partner to join their Bristol or Birmingham Team.About the role

  • Review, design and deliver comprehensive development programmes
  • Deliver workshops, e-learning resources and provide appropriate communications
  • Work with existing L&D providers and identify new ones according to the L&D needs across the firm
  • Work with Senior Leaders to ensure that L&D projects provide commercial solutions
  • Ensure the L&D training is delivered in the most effective manner possible, utilising virtual and in person solutions where appropriate
  • Develop and recruit other L&D team members
  • Work closely with colleagues in the HR department

About you

  • L&D experience within the legal sector or a similar environment
  • Experience of designing, leading and implementing learning interventions
  • Ability to cater learning interventions and resources to different learning styles
  • Experience managing and developing staff
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
  • A collaborative team player
