We are working with our client who is looking for a Training Coordinator, ideally from a learning function or has worked with a Learning Management system, ideally in IT or HR then this role may be for you….!

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Organising weekly induction events for new members in the organisation
  • Managing the ongoing Digital Skills orientation programme
  • Overseeing the calendar for the Digital Skills team
  • Communicating and supporting the Digital Skills Matrices
  • Handling invitations and evaluations for all training sessions
  • Maintaining the Digital Skills SharePoint pages
  • Coordinating any company-wide Digital Skills training programmes
  • Managing and updating training records including attendance, absences, and waiting lists
  • Administering and maintaining the firm's Learning Management System

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Capable of managing tasks both independently and as part of a team
  • Extensive experience as a training coordinator or training/learning support role
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and self-management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of documentation
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and execute tasks efficiently
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong commitment to personal growth and self-development
  • Enjoys analysing data
  • Team-oriented with a flexible approach to tasks and activities
  • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration is beneficial
  • Previous experience in a Learning function within IT or HR is desirable

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £ 25,000

Hybrid and flexible working – part time hours will be considered for this role
