The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the Credit Control function across 2 sites
  • Building strong rapport with existing and new clients
  • Lead of internal processes and procedures
  • Lead on implementation of new processes and systems
  • Training of the wider team to ensure best practice
  • Generating aged debt reports
  • Generate and analyse credit control reports to provide insights to senior management.
  • Managing escalation processes

  • Salary - £45,000 to £50,000 doe
