- Providing excellent customer service on the phone, email and via web chats
- Answering queries regarding products, website, processes and investments
- Liaising with a number of internal departments to solve queries
- Liaising with clients and third party providers
- Performing various administrative tasks
Your skills:
- Experience in Customer Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
