CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 08.00 - 16.00 OR 09.00 - 17.00

£12.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions in Bristol are working with a local education recruitment provider looking for a Customer Service Administrator.

Day to Day Duties

  • Being the first point of contact to employers for all apprentice applications
  • Guiding employers through the funding process
  • Providing advice and support to employers regarding the apprenticeship levy, incentives, and future funding reforms
  • Maintaining the apprenticeship service account ensuring all cohorts are up to date and accurate
  • Working closely with other departments and support staff to assist with coordination of applications
  • Confirming all eligibility requirements are met so applicants can progress

Essential Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and spoken
  • Must be computer literate, with experience in using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and basic Excel
  • Confident working with people at all levels

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience within an admin, recruitment or customer service environment will be an advantage

Training

  • Full system training will be provided
