Your Role:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Processing incoming orders and checking stock availability
  • Confirming delivery schedules and liaising with the Production team
  • Handling queries, complaints, and general customer support
  • Coordinating with internal teams to keep things running smoothly
  • Proactively problem-solving to maintain high service levels

  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Computer literate with experience using databases
  • Experience in coordinating & scheduling work
