?? Location: Avonmouth?? Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Your day-to-day will include:
- Processing incoming orders and checking stock availability
- Confirming delivery schedules and liaising with the Production team
- Handling queries, complaints, and general customer support
- Coordinating with internal teams to keep things running smoothly
- Proactively problem-solving to maintain high service levels
- Great attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Computer literate with experience using databases
- Experience in coordinating & scheduling work
