JOB TITLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR 

LOCATION:  Avonmouth

SALARY:  £26k

Hours: 09:00 - 17:00

Working for a large a privately owned company with over thirty years’ experience as a manufacturer and distributor 

We have an excellent reputation within our industry for providing a superior service and quality products to the trade.

The vacancy is in the position of Customer Service Administrator to support our existing team.

Candidates must be confident and have excellent communication skills, as well as being well organised.

Candidates should also enjoy problem solving, and have a good eye for detail and be self-motivated.

Experience is not essential and training in company products, procedures and systems will be provided.

The role involves

•       Taking and managing incoming customer enquiries & problems

•       Customer communication via phone and e-mail.

•       Liaising with our Service Providers to give quick and efficient response to customers

•       Arranging exchange & installation of faulty appliances.

•       Problem solving

The salary is in the region of £26k- plus bonuses, (subject to completing 3 month probationary period) we offer 31 days holiday including bank holidays and a company pension scheme is available.
