  • ?? Answering incoming calls with a friendly, helpful attitude-new quotes, job bookings, general queries-you've got this!
  • ?? Validating job details and ensuring all parts are approved before booking-because the details do matter.
  • ?? Making proactive outbound calls to get those unbooked appointments locked in.
  • ?? Processing insurance requests with pinpoint accuracy.
  • ?? Managing inboxes like a pro and keeping branch managers in the loop.
  • �? Supporting branches to smash their targets and deliver top-tier service.
  • ??? Keeping clear, concise notes on all jobs-nothing gets missed on your watch!
?? Your Targets (AKA How We Know You're Killing It):
  • ? Bookings are accurate and on time.
  • ?? Productivity levels on point.
  • ?? Calls answered in under 20 seconds, with minimal call abandonment.
  • ?? Emails acknowledged and responded to same day-no one likes waiting.
?? Your Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week
  • Standard shift: 08:30-17:00
  • Plus occasional Saturday shifts after training (shorter hours + overtime pay ??)
