Customer Service Co-Ordinator

Our Southern Customer Service team are looking to recruit a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join the team, playing a key role in managing our exemplary Customer Service standards, and assist in the ongoing development and improvement of the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact to answer and deal with all calls and enquiries relating to our developments

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including Maintenance Technicians, Site Managers, Contractors, Managing Agents and the Sales Team

  • Allocate work to the Maintenance Technicians in a timely manner, managing their diaries effectively

  • Delivers consistently high-quality and professional customer service, to internal and external customers by telephone and in written communications

Requirements:

  • Extensive telephone-based Customer Service experience, ideally within the Housebuilding / Construction / Property sector

  • Full driving license and own transport required due to office location

  • Fast thinking, customer focussed individual

  • Ability to communicate well, and influence at all levels
