Title: Customer Service Coordinator Location: Bristol

We are excited to be working with an organisation offering an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to become a valuable member of the team. In this role, you'll act as the key point of contact between customers, partners, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring customer service cases are efficiently handled within agreed timelines and service levels. You will address customer concerns received through email or phone and manage contractors to resolve snagging or defects in homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service issues via email or phone, ensuring timely and organised resolutions aligned with service-level agreements.
  • Delegate tasks to subcontractors, ensuring prompt follow-ups and swift problem resolution (target: within 28 days).
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain consistent communication with internal departments, building effective working relationships.
  • Perform administrative tasks, ensuring the database is always up-to-date.
  • Achieve customer service KPIs as outlined in company policies.

About you:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to handle complaints and navigate challenging situations calmly.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and empathetic communication abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with patience under pressure.
