Customer Services Advisor

You’ll be in the new Bristol offices a few days a week ideally, the client can be flexible. You will need to spend the first week in Somerset though to receive your induction/training, so the ability to travel/stay in that location is essnetial.

You'll be an essential member of the Customer Care team, committed to assisting and advising customers with exceptional service. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers via live chat, email, and phone channels, while consistently upholding the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in meeting targets, ensuring that customer support services continuously strive for excellence and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

  • maintaining email SLA and live chat availability.
  • Ensure all interactions with customers are conducted in a professional and courteous
  • manner, while maintaining a fun and friendly tone of voice.
  • Offer alternative solutions to customer issues where appropriate, with both the customer and business needs in mind.
  • And lots more tasks and responsibilities around making sure customers are looked after, answered to and cared for at all times!

  • Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication.

  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
