Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Support Executive to join our client, the UK's leading catering equipment supplier. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected and sustainable business where you will be maintaining relationships and providing a resolution to all.

This position is located in Avonmouth and the salary is £26,831 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive:

  • Managing existing relationships with the network of catering equipment distributors
  • Being the support network for all stakeholders, answering calls and emails, and offering a one-stop resolution for all
  • Achieving revenue and margin targets for the customer base
  • Completing administrative tasks such as resolving invoice disputes, registering new accounts and maintaining accurate dealer records
  • Resolving any carrier issues presented to the team via the delivery partners

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Support Executive:

  • Previous experience working in a sales and customer service background is preferred
  • You will need strong administration experience
  • Good communication and negotiation skills is required
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is required
  • Willingness to develop and be open to learning new skills is essential
