Red Recruitment is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor in Bristol City Centre to join an insurance business that specialises in bespoke insurance products.

The salary for this position is 25,000 per annum.

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities of a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries within target timescales
  • Making outbound calls and correspondence in writing when necessary
  • Confirming and verifying details that are provided and accurately entering them into the database
  • Investigating losses thoroughly to obtain pertinent facts and to record loss data
  • Notifying relevant parties of all losses received
  • Corresponding in both Dutch and English

Key Skills and Experience of a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor:

  • You must be fully fluent in both Dutch and English
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer focus is required
  • Experience in a customer service/claims environment is required
  • Awareness of cultural and working practices in France is preferred
  • You should also be PC literate and be able to use Microsoft Office
