We are recruiting for an outstanding opportunity for an Asset Data Analyst responsible for delivering the housing stock rationalisation programme through reactive and proactive option appraisals. This role will play a pivotal role in recommending which propertiesshould be invested inor disposed of.

Duties will include-

  • Perform detailed financial analyses and capital expense evaluations to determine the optimal investment or divestment strategy for our properties.
  • Analysis of data fromasset management systems to identify and monitor the financial performance of assets. Produce reliable financial forecasts and scenario models to inform cost/benefit decisions regarding refurbishment, disposal, or repurposing of properties.
  • Develop Data-Driven Recommendations, placingvalue for money at the core of analysis. Investigate root causes of both strong and poor performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Balance maximising ROI with ensuring strong financial performance while considering broader operational needs and strategic commitments.
  • Work collaboratively across the business togather data and insights for options appraisals. Recommend whether to retain or dispose of assets based on thorough evaluations.
  • Visit properties to inspect them to understand their unique complexities and liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure timely progress of agreed transactions and realisation of income.

Candidates should have a proven track record in the analysis of asset management data, should have experience of managing significant capital and revenue projects, must be able to understand and interpret complex financial information.
