A local authority is seeking an SAP Data Analyst to support the One Programme, specifically the One SAP initiative.
The position is based in the Southwest and requires one day a week onsite, offering a rate of £409 per day inside IR35 for a 6-month contract.
Candidates should have experience in SAP Ariba SRM, data analysis, and familiarity with procurement processes.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization tools like Power BI is preferred.
Applicants are expected to have relevant experience in data integration and management, with a focus on ensuring data integrity throughout the ERP transformation process.

We are working with a local authority who are looking for an SAP Data Analyst. You will play a crucial role in supporting the One Programme, with a specific focus on the One SAP initiative.

Location: Southwest based Authority

Set-up: 1 day/week onsite

Rate: £409/day inside IR35

Duration: 6-month contract

Hours: Full-time position

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Develop and deliver integrated data analysis and reporting that support the
programme's objectives, Data Migration and Cutover Plans
Create comprehensive data reports, including data visualisations
Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the ERP transformation process
Collaborate with the One SAP Procurement Team to understand strategic outcomes and requirements
Create and manage data repositories (e.g., SharePoint)

Collaboration and Communication:

Work with stakeholders across the council to ensure seamless data integration
and management.
Provide support as required to other team members

Key Experiences and Skills:

SAP Ariba SRM, SAP Ariba and Procurement
Configuration, customisation, and support of Ariba SRM modules
Experience with SAP Ariba Guided Buying and Sourcing
Knowledge of local and central government procurement processes
Proficiency in data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas and experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI is a plus
