Flagship Consulting is partnering with a leading international consultancy that specializes in high-profile, cutting-edge projects across the globe. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in Data Centre projects to join their team in Bristol.

• Lead and manage the financial and commercial aspects of Data Centre projects from inception to completion
• Provide accurate cost estimates, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with commercial terms
• Manage cost variations, claims, and any changes to the scope of the project
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across the project lifecycle
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress, providing expert advice on cost and value engineering
• Work closely with project teams, mentoring junior staff and assisting in their development

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (RICS accreditation preferred)
• Proven experience in Data Centre construction projects or similar high-tech, large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and procurement strategies within the construction sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in a consultancy environment is an advantage
