About the Role:
Our client, a leading organisation in the defence sector, is seeking a skilled Data Quality Consultant to join their team on a 6-month contract. As a key member of their team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of their critical data assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive data quality assessments to identify and prioritize issues
- Develop and implement data quality improvement plans and strategies
- Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to define data quality standards and metrics
- Design and execute data cleansing and transformation processes
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics and KPIs
- Identify and mitigate data quality risks and issues
- Support data migration and integration activities
Required Skills and Experience:
- Active SC clearance is essential
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and methodologies
- Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and validation tools
- Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Contract Details:
- Inside IR35
- Daily rate: 500 - 550 per day
- Contract duration: 6 months
- Regular travel to a site in the Bristol area
