Join an expanding and well-established data management team as a Senior Data Management Analyst. In this role, you'll lead efforts to enhance data quality, governance, and compliance, ensuring data becomes a strategic asset across the business.Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continually refining a comprehensive data management framework that includes standards, governance forums, and procedures. A key aspect of your role will involve overseeing the integration of data governance, data protection, and master data management into the broader data strategy, ensuring these elements are aligned to support the organization’s goals.You will design and maintain robust data quality systems, ensuring the seamless integration of data connectors, pipelines, and infrastructure. A critical part of your responsibilities will be collaborating with stakeholders to define data management objectives and assess data quality, offering insights that help refine and improve current data practices. You will also conduct data profiling, analyze data lineage, and define ownership, ensuring that the organization's data is accurate, compliant, and fit for use.You will also play a leading role in a growing data management function, working on both technical and cultural transformation initiatives across the organization. You will spearhead a range of projects focused on improving data quality, enabling the business to harness insights through data management platforms. This work will span people, processes, and technology, supporting the organization’s journey towards becoming a data-driven enterprise.A crucial responsibility in this role will be ensuring that effective data governance practices are in place, maintaining high standards of data quality and enabling better business operations. This position presents an exciting opportunity to work with a highly experienced team, develop your expertise in data management, and contribute to the ongoing transformation of the organization into a data-centric and data-literate business.What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong experience with data management tools like OneTrust, Power BI, Precisely, Collibra, Solidatus, or Informatica.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing data governance frameworks, standards, and controls.
  • Extensive experience in data governance, data management, or data quality management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to improve data practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL or similar, with experience in data analysis and quality rule creation.
  • Experience in data profiling, discovery, and developing data quality dashboards or reports.
  • Familiarity with data management frameworks such as DAMA or DCAM.
