Deputy Facilities Manager

Deputy Facilities Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Facilities Manager in ensuring services comply with the Service Agreement
  • Manage Premises Managers and Maintenance Supervisor in day-to-day operations
  • Oversee hard services, including mechanical and electrical maintenance, equipment testing, and asset management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and fire regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customer departments
  • Ensure planned preventive maintenance and lifecycle programmes meet contract specifications

Deputy Facilities Manager Key Skills:

  • Experience in facilities management with team leadership
  • Knowledge of building maintenance and M&E services
  • Strong client relationship and organizational skills
  • Proactive and capable of managing multiple projects
  • IT proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of financial and contract management
  • Full UK Driving Licence & own transport

Desirable Qualifications:

  • ILM Level 3 First Line Management or equivalent
  • IOSH Managing Safety
  • CDM regulations in Facilities Management

This is a full time, permanent position (37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, flexible between 8am-6pm)
