About the role:

As a valued member of the team, you'll take charge of setting up 3D modeling environments, refining the internal BIM workflows, and producing top-notch drawing outputs for all projects. With in-house 3D modeling, you'll have control over quality and aesthetics. The company prioritise flexibility, utilising various tools and plugins for smoother communication. You'll enjoy support from partners, fellow graduates, and a friendly team environment, ensuring you thrive in your role.

Requirements:

  • Relevant BIM experience in construction, ideally 4+ years in a BIM role.
  • Knowledge of MEP (not essential, but a plus)
  • Passion for addressing the climate emergency.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit.
  • Experience with MagiCAD (not essential, but advantageous).
  • Strong team player, able to collaborate internally and externally.
  • Motivated, practical, independent, and enthusiastic

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate internally to create top-notch BIM output in Revit.
  • Lead the charge in setting the company’s internal modeling standards.
  • Manage the company’s MEP models and coordinate with external design teams.
  • Conduct clash detection to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Provide training and establish internal workflows for engineers.
  • Review BIM documentation like BIM Execution Plans.
  • Communicate with BIM technicians from other firms
