We're seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join a dynamic Business Development & Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in social media marketing who thrives on crafting impactful campaigns, engaging audiences across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook, and analyzing performance to drive growth. You'll have the chance to collaborate with various teams and showcase your expertise in content creation, campaign management, and digital strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Develop and distribute organic and paid content across multiple channels, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Campaign Development: Create and execute engaging campaigns aligned with business objectives, monitoring performance and optimizing for success.
  • Content Creation: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative content, including video and animations, while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Website Updates: Ensure web content is current and reflective of business needs.
  • Data Analysis: Use performance data to refine strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with marketing colleagues, external agencies, and internal teams to deliver cohesive communication strategies.
What You'll Need:
  • Extensive experience in social media marketing, preferably within Legal, Professional, or Financial Services sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage organic and paid social media content and analyze campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and reporting tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and purposes.
  • Hands-on experience with digital design tools is a plus.
