A welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Bristol is looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP. This role is perfect for graduates or experienced teaching assistants looking to develop their skills in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Behavioural Support.
The RoleAs a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils with Special Needs and Challenging Behaviour.
- Assist children with learning disabilities such as Autism and those experiencing mental health challenges.
- Work in both KS1 and KS2 classrooms, helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
