Your new schoolA primary school in Bristol is currently recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant who will join a strong, supportive and dynamic teaching team. The school is welcoming and inclusive of all, creating an environment which encourages children to meet their full potential and develop their skills. You will be required to work on a full-time basis. Monday - Friday starting as soon as possible.

Your new roleIf successful, you will be working as a SEND Teaching Assistant in Year 1. You will be supporting a child with behavioural difficulties. This will be on a 1:1 basis, focusing on their classroom engagement and their social wellbeing. You will need to have experience supporting children with challenging behaviour.What you'll need to succeed

  • You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 2 years.
  • Experience supporting a child with behavioural difficulties.
  • You will need to be enthusiastic and passionate about the role.
