Your new roleFor your new Teaching Assistant job you will be supporting children in both 1:1 and small group intervention sessions. You may be supporting pupils with additional support needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and Emotional/Behavioural difficulties. As a primary Teaching Assistant supporting teachers with running of the classroom including classroom set up, planning of lessons and preparing materials. Assisting the teacher to engage with pupils and manage behaviour in the classroom whilst providing accessible learning for all through the curriculum.
What you'll need to succeedYou will have specific school-based experience in primary ages supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and as a general classroom assistant. What you'll get in return
