Job title: Teaching Assistant
Salary: CSET10 £24,294 FTE, £18,355 prorated
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks of the year (term time only + INSET)
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role:
- Work closely with the SENDCo, Deputy SENDCo, and teaching staff.
- Assist in the educational, personal, and social development of designated students.
- Implement whole-school SEND priorities.
- Enable students to engage with their learning and reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with a team to enhance teaching and learning in the classroom.

- Committed, enthusiastic, conscientious, and caring individual.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Adapt techniques based on students’ responses.
