Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant.
This Primary School in Thornbury is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their school to encourage children to actively be involved in their learning to help them grow and flourish.
The Role
As a successful candidate, you will be expected to be enthusiastic, patient and committed to make a positive impact on young learners.
The Head Teacher is looking for someone who can work collaboratively with Class Teachers and other staff members.
You will be expected to:

Be flexible and proactive when supporting individuals and small groups of learners.

Be a Team Player and work collaboratively with other staff to ensure pupils are getting the best learning experiences.

Confident managing challenging behaviour inside the classroom.

Use your initiative to support within the classroom.
