The role will require the individual to design electrical control systems for packaging machinery. This would involve using AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN for circuit designs, complete control system safety analysis using Sistema and write / develop machine software using (Rockwell, Beckhoff, and Siemens).The company is a global leader in the packaging industry, breaking into various markets across the globe including medical and food. With this role and joining a global brand, comes international exposure and opportunities.This role would suit an Electrical Design Engineer who is looking to make their mark within a global leading company, with plenty of scope for technical development and progression.The Role:
- Design Electrical control systems using AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN.
- Write and develop PLC code for machine control using Rockwell, Siemens and Beckhoff.
- Write and develop Servo Motion code for machine control using Rockwell, Siemens and
- Beckhoff.
- Write and develop HMI code for operator interfaces using Rockwell, Siemens and Zenon.
The Person:
- Electrical Engineering HNC or equivalent qualification.
- Engineering Experience in capital equipment ideally broad experience within Packaging industry.
- Engineering Design using AutoCAD electrical or EPLAN.
