Are you an Contract Manager with an Electrical background looking to join a company where you can be a part of some great growth plans and take ownership on their Electrical division. This role would suit a Fully Qualified Electrician that has previous Contract Management experience within a Planned or Reactive Electrical business.  Due to recent contracts being awarded this Facilities Services Provider based in Bristol are recruiting a Contract Manager to run planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and small / minor works Electrical projects within the facilities sector.  As Electrical Contract Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planned, reactive and projects team within the electrical division.  Projects Values will range from £500-500k on average, this could be anything from a upgrade lighting to LEDS, rewire of a commercial property to assisting the mechanical team with a plant room installation.  You will need to have previous management of electricians experience as you will be responsible for talk box talks, 1-2-1s, hiring and firing of engineers, reviews and career development of the team. Winning additional works, quoting for additional works, managing supply chain / sub contractors where needed.  You will need to be a fully qualified Electrician as you will be required to work to the NICEIC  Level 3 Electrical installations JIB Electrician 2391 testing and inspection desirable 18th edition Salary on offer is negotiable for the right candidate, bracket for this being between £45-55k plus Car and Package 25 days holiday Pension Other benefits For further information on the role and the company you would be working for please APPLY NOW or get in touch with Gary Cornes for a confidential chat
