We have a new opportunity for an experiencedArchitectural Technician in Bristol. Our client is a well-known company that specialises in designing new build residential housing. This is an excellent opportunity for anArchitectural Technician as our client has a lot of large projects on-going and can offer some fantastic long-term development opportunities. This role suits aArchitectural Technician with a background in new build residential housing.
Architectural Technician Role -
- Production of Detailed working drawing packages for house types, apartments, commercial & bespoke projects using Autocad and Revit.
- Managing projects.
- Organising workload for members of the team.
- Production of site-specific construction details using Autocad & Revit.
- Liaising with NHBC & LABC including uploading packages to portals.
- Uploading of information to client portals such as viewpoint.
- Coordinating detailed design information with project team.
- Designers risk assessments.
- Attend design team meetings both on site or via teams.
- Issuing information & liaising with third party designers.
- Resolve client / site queries.
Architectural Technician Requirements-
- Must have experience in new build residential housing.
- Must have experience using Autocad or Revit.
