The Role:
- Create your own 360 recruitment desk, mastering client development and candidate sourcing
- Clients: Sales, B2B sales, cold calling, business development, relationship management, learning how to deliver a sales call, building relationships and adding value to your clients
- Candidates: Interviewing candidates, building relationships and managing their process. Learn how to headhunt, interview and manage your candidates journey
- Managing the process for both clients and candidates from start to finish
