They have produced designs for over 50,000 homes in the UK with 200 large scale planning approvals to date.   • You’ll be working on large-scale residential developments for leading housebuilders
  • You will be gaining experience assisting in the preparation of all drawings and documents required for the submission of planning applications
  • You will coordinate information between consultants and make necessary amendments to planning packs to obtain planning permissions
  • Ideally, you will have experience preparing Design and Access Statements/ Supporting Statements/planning statements
  • Your attention to detail will be a key factor, enabling you to produce accurate, error free drawing information
