Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a global and well-established charity, with the appointment of a Committee & Events Coordinator to join their close-knit team.

This company have an annual medical conference abroad, of which you will be required to attend. This will be an all-expenses paid for trip abroad, with previous locations being in Tokyo, Toronto, China, Finland, and Rio. The role will encompass all duties around the events of the business - to include arranging meetings, project management, social media initiatives, publications and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief Executive Officer with daily office operations, annual meeting coordination, and other organisational activities.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for speakers, committee members, and officials attending events.
  • Write and distribute newsletters, articles, and updates to keep members informed.
  • Manage and update the organisation’s social media channels regularly.
  • Assist with taking minutes during committee meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for educational courses, including travel, accommodations, presentations, and materials for speakers and VIPs.
  • Contribute to the planning and attendance of promotional events on behalf of the organisation.

About you:

  • Fantastic communication skills, with the ability to speak with a range of medical and academic professionals.
  • Previous project, events and coordination experience.
  • Social media experience would be desirable.
  • Great computer skills - Office / Outlook / Excel.
