Your new roleHays is working with a charity in Bristol who are looking for a finance analyst on a temporary basis for 3 months. Pay for the role is £19 per hour + holiday. The organisation is offering hybrid working. Key responsibilities:
- Analyse financial data and trends to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Monitor and manage financial performance.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
