Description
- Supervise the Accounts Payable team and manage their workload effectively.
- Review and approve all invoices for payment.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
- Regularly liaise with other departments and suppliers.
- Drive the implementation of new systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Supervisor should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience as a team leader in an Accounts Payable role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
