Robert Half is excited to partner with a Private Equity firm to find a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for one of their portfolio companies based in the South West of England.
As CFO, you will sit on the senior leadership team and play a key role in the transformation and scaling of this business. You will influence various stakeholders including the CEO whom you will report to and the Private Equity investor. You are tasked with ensuring that this business has robust financial controls, implement strong business planning and work closely with the business in driving strategy, pricing and market policies to drive growth.
Apply now if you are a dynamic and commercial finance leader, a qualified accountant with proven experience driving growth within a Private Equity backed business. A background within a major audit firm followed by experience within a major listed company would be ideal but not strictly necessary for this role.
Our client will pay a base salary of £130 to 140,000 plus bonuses and longer term incentives. The business offers flexibility and hybrid working but would be expected to be based in the South West, three to four days a week in your first few months in this business.
